Studied Architecture at Vilnius Engineering Construction Institute (at present - Vilnius Gediminas Technical University) in Vilnius, Lithuania, 1979 ÷ 1984. Title of qualification awarded – Architect.
Professional experience over 25 years in Lithuania and 3 years in London.
Work experience in Lithuania since 1984: worked as an Architect, Conservation and Restoration Architect, Expert of Cultural Heritage (historic buildings). Has been working in the Institute for Conservation of historic buildings, Cultural Heritage Department of Cultural Ministry of Lithuania, construction company. Since 2005 had a private company, worked with other architectural companies. 
Work experience in UK: Architect’s job position at Build London Architecture Ltd since 2015, Architect and Director of the company V&S Design Limited since 2017.
During the career responsibilities included research of historic listed buildings, conservation, restoration and adaptation projects; projects of residential, social and administrative buildings; projects of historic parks, square and other public spaces; management, visiting of construction sites, communication with clients, builders, planning and conservation officers.
