ABOUT V & S DESIGN LIMITED

We are a small team of experienced, qualified, English, Russian and Lithuanian speaking specialists in architecture, design and planning. Our practice was established in 2017 with projects across London. 

Architect Vida Naumaviciene is registered on the Architects Registration Board (ARB) since 2015.

She has a large professional experience - 25 years in Lithuania and 3 years in London.

We provide wide range of services at different price points to suite anyone’s needs. Our team has a high level of experience in the residential sector, working on a wide range of projects including residential extensions and loft conversions, basements, refurbishments, high-end residential house design. We have extensive experience of working with existing buildings and new build projects on difficult sites and enjoy the challenge of each individual project. We also have experience working in Conservation areas or with listed buildings. We are passionate about the design and delivery of well crafted buildings focusing on the quality of materials, light and space.  We believe in working closely with the clients to produce a design that is responsive to their needs, context and budget, whilst seeking to add a little beauty along the way.

We understand the busy lives that our private residential clients lead and are able to offer a flexible schedule, allowing us to meet with clients at evenings or weekends.

OUR SERVICES:

BRIEFING & SURVEY. Our Architect will work with you to develop a concept design, sketching layout options to explore the potential of the property. We will also carry out a full measured survey of the property and its surroundings, allowing us to produce an accurate set of drawings.

PRELIMINARY DRAWINGS & PLANNING APPLICATIONS. We will prepare a set of scale drawings reflecting the range of ideas discussed. We will prepare and submit the planning application, liaising with the council as needed throughout the planing process. Our extensive experience will help facilitate a smooth planning process.

3D MODELLING SERVICES. To help you visualise the space in three dimensions we can produce internal and / or external views of your project. This can also be a useful tool to demonstrate the merits of the scheme to planners.

BUILDING CONTROL & DETAILING. We will produce detailed technical drawings, consulting with you to ensure the design meets your needs. We will then submit to building control and manage the approval process. As part of this service we can assist you in appointing other consultants as structural engineer, electricity and drainage specialists.
